Haiti Earthquake

I don't know about anyone else, but for some reason I am particularly moved by events in Haiti. Seeing all these people buried in the rubble. They all have so little anyway compared to what we have, and now it is all gone. I frequently complain about how little I have, but I have a roof over my head, food on my plate and my family all around me - all things that these poor people have lost. Please if you can, donate to a charity organisation and help out. Online donations can be made through the Red Cross, Unicef, Oxfam, WorldVision and many other organisations. Please, please, please help if you can. If you can't help financially, please say a prayer for them so they know that we are all thinking about them.

It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life!

And i'm feeling good!!!

Slightly later than the New Year, but a good time for a new start. Goals for 2010 are to find a job/career that will be fulfilling, financially rewarding and will give me the freedom I need. I will also become more spiritually aware - lots of reading planned - and I expect this will be at least as challenging as the job one since I have all sorts of limiting beliefs about myself and my life that I will have to change. Finally, I will have more courage - to 'put myself out there', to accept who I am and not be concerned what others might think and to get involved and have a life!!

So, I will look for Angels, wear my crystals, believe in my God, listen to my heart, learn to love myself and maybe even buy (and wear) some Doc Martins!!!
